reinstall game and works on 60 FPS but on medium low why ?

my laptop spec: Intel Core i7 2.0 Ghz turbo boost 2.9 Ghz,8GB ram,Geforce 540 GT 1GB,SSD 60GB,1TB USB DISC Windows 8 Enterprise.

any idea ?

yup it's good but no online multiplayer like Crash Time 4 had Sad
