Mass Effect Trilogy

* Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3.

* Over 75 hours of story content, plus Mass Effect 3’s online co-op multiplayer.

* Create and customize your own character with his or her appearance and skills, then play your Commander Shepard through all three Mass Effect games.

* Experience an amazingly rich and detailed universe where your decisions have profound consequences on the action and the outcome.

* Build a personalized arsenal with powerful weapons complete with their own upgrades and modifications.

* Unleash devastating abilities and skills as you command and train an elite squad.

Quote:
Mass Effect Trilogy Edition will launch in North America on "N7 Day" - that's 7th November if you're not BioWare, likely meaning a Friday 9th November in the UK.

Im gonna get this for sure since Ive neglected playing Mass Effect 2 and 3 due to the lack of the first game on the PS3!

May the NFOrce be with you always.

Will ME1 and 2 include all the DLC ?

I must finally replay first 2 games with dlc.

Infuriatingly, nope Sad

ME1 - both addons.
ME2 - Cerberus Network only.
ME3 - Online Pass only.

i can understand ME3 being relatively new, but not the second. They should have held off this trilogy for a good while yet and released all content on it.

Why would ME1 and 2 come with all the DLC ?

If it came with all the DLC how would EA rip your bottom open and give you a good humping ?

Wow, that's bullshit that they don't include the DLC. Especially given how old the first two are. Still, these games were/are awesome, and I recently replayed through the whole trilogy, and what a series.

http://www.strategyinformer.com/news/20184/new-details-about-ps3-version-of-mass-effect-1-revealed

Think it's the best suited thread for this piece of non-news.

Poor PS3 people can get their paws on ME1. They might be even get ME1 as a download only title, if M$ allows it.

Yes it will. Just not standalone. You will have to buy (pirate ? Very Happy) the whole trilogy to get it.

Yes it does Wink You can ALSO buy the game standalone as a digital download from PSN, if you don't want the trilogy Smile

yeah sorry I misread the first line

"No plans to release Mass Effect 1 physically on PS3 as a standalone title"

Still typical EA bullshit where they won't even take the effort to update ME1 on the other platforms. The whole thing stinks of zero-effort, high-profit cash in Sad

Well at least the PS3 version can still be the greatest one of all 3 if they do use the ME2 improvements as they said. They could have done a straight port...

I'm now definitely looking forward to it because the improvements to the engine are welcome.

Cool my girlfriend is buying me this for Christmas. Can someone comment on how good/bad it is on the PS3 when possible? Ive heard there are framerate issues! They said that about Far Cry 3 on PS3 too but I disagree.

May the NFOrce be with you always.

I'll test it later. ME3 didn't have framerate problems on PS3.

ME3 on PS3 has many frame drops, specially during cutscenes... I heard it's worse than the 360 version. ANd no they never patched these issues.

Bought this recently for PS3 and having not played any of the previous Mass Effect games, I thought it was about time. Im about 30 hours into the first game so far and I really do like it! Not had any framerate issues either Smile
