so... last night i quited in rage (after i saw 6 karma gain after the 4th event, and not a single item from a fucking huge dragon in a level 80 map).
this morning after i cooled off, i wrote to support asking for a refund, in a well written letter (really was well written, with arguments, quotes from their own manifesto) but with animal and sexual organs references and i told them to do some sexual acts which humans are not physically able to do usually.

because they changed the game from a decent one, to a very shit one. in 1 month.
i played for a month, and i like it until they begun with that anti farming crap.
i only intend to play an engineer, and i cannot do anything after 30 minute - 1h ingame, i canot get tokens/karma/items cause of their antifarm crap. hell, was kinda fine 1 week ago, but since then i got some mf gear. in last days usually after 15 minute i dont get any items in orr. or in a dungeon.
basically they dont allow me to play. or i can play and do/gain nothing. pure and simply nothing.
combined with a lot of other shit stuff, i just could not stand anymore.
i dont care if the account is still active, i dont care if they will fix their shit game, i will not play gw 2 again ever.
they manage to destroy their gem. for me, and for other people.

let me draw you a full picture.
if i would have play for 1 month, and get bored, i would not do anything. hell even if i will play for a week, and get bored, i would not do anything. i have like 8+ (payed) accounts in mmos that i dint touch after 1-2-3-4 weeks, and i'm fine with it.
if i enjoy a game for a month, and the company destroy the game to the ground without any sane reason, be sure that i will ask for a refund, and i will chargeback at my bank if i dont get it.
agree with this or not, i dont really care. you have your ways, i have mines.

I've not got time to play GW2.. Infact I think I only played it like 2-3 x since it came out. Way too many other things that take priority over this.

I was playing just last night... so the server is clearly still up....
I don't get the analogy. You disagree with some game mechanics, so you spat the dummy out, wrote an offensive email and somehow got a refund.
That would be like me playing Skyrim for 30-50 hours, deciding I didn't like the way crafting worked, and demanding a refund from Bethesda.

game worked fine for a month.
Bethesda decided that you can only play for 15 minute/day and only during that time you can get loot (limited number off items)/gold/karma like before, rest of the time you can get only 10% and lower from it. (and no items).
you would still play ?

like i told you, right after i reach 80, played fine.
they put dr retarded stuff.
i could play for 1 h until i got hit by. (shit gear, fresh level 80)
i got my 2 exotic gear sets (one with power/vit/toughness for dungeons, one with full mf for pve in orr) after that, i could play about 30 minute in orr until i got hit by dr.
2 nights ago, full stacked with mf from gear and cooking, i got hit by dr after the first event in orr. (which tooked less than 15 minutes)
1' event -> got like ~350 karma, 6-7 items.
2 -> ~200 karma 1-2 items.
3 -> 80 karma nada.
4 -> 6 karma.
between events, after the 2'one, not a single item dropped from a mob. (i may be worng about numbers, but i know i got 6 karma for the last event.)
dungeons the same shit, i got 1/4 tokens vs my rest of the crew, for completing a new path (i had previously one run in the same dungeon) items basically stopped dropping from mobs after 30 minutes in there)
you guys are talking to me like i'm the only one hit by it. reddit and oficial forum are full of posts about it. well, not anymore on the official because they deleted all of them, even one with shitloads of pages and chill posting.
again, i dont care what you think, i'm posting from my pov. i dont need to get approved by someone to be sure that i did the right thing.
in this morning they asked for my feedback for the ticket, and i send them 2 pages of feedback without sexual connotation. hope they will come to their senses until is to late.

So playing a game with no subs fee for a month, when the average lifespan of games is like a week or two at best, then getting bored of it, mad at the changes the devs make warrants asking for a refund, but paying 8 MMO accounts monthly that you are not actively using is perfectly normal in your world.
Oh boy.. there seem to be a cog missing in that marvelous brain of yours.
Also, if you were truly ignorant of what other people think of your actions, then you would not feel the need to publicly masturbate your e-peen just to get some confirmation of how well you did.
The real sad part though is not even us not swallowing it, but the fact that despite all those posts, you still have not managed to come.
I'm not saying GW2 is perfect.. hell God knows it is not. In fact, I'm starting to get bored of it myself - though to get there, I had to level 2 characters to 80 and another 2 to around 40. Would I ask for a refund? No. Why? Because I clocked over 350 hours in the game already, which is about 300 more I would get from an average 50 buck game and at least 250 more than what those games promise you at most to begin with. I got more than my money's worth of entertainment from it and guess what.. there are no monthly fees I have to pay so why bother?
Then again, I'm not paying subscription fees for multiple MMOs I do not actively play, so I guess it might be me being the weirdo here for acting rationally.

i presume you misunderstood me, i know i'm not good at english.
i purchased (preordered some) 8+ mmos premium price (actually there are a lot more than 8 you can probably say a name of any mmo from the last 10 years and i have an account there) , and even if i got bored and stopped playing after 1 week in that free one month they usually give, i would not ask for a refund.
of course i would not pay monthly either after that.
asking for a refund was because of the crap they did. read their manifesto if you miss it.
l.e. some errors. like play -> pay.

I've not been playing for a while because I'm distracted by borderlands 2 and torchlight 2, but I feel this is really going to hamper my enjoyment. I play games in stretches of up to 8 hours on my days off, and I definitely will not enjoy only getting stuff in just the first one.
Really disappointed after reading this.. I hate diminishing returns with a passion..

I was able to play the first two weeks, then they changed my password.
I'd do same if I'd bought it from heir official site 
as you polluting their servers and thus bringing the average IQ down or else 2. their customer service is awesomely beyond expectations that even completely trivial and moronic complaints without any reasonable justification result in refunds.
