I think you might find that the vast majority of modern games are triple buffered by default, without even an option for double buffering. Hell, could use a D3DOverrider function to do just that.

It's so subtle that it's not worth using, at least on the settings ixigia uploaded.

If anyone's familiar with Photoshop, it's basically like applying an unsharp mask of about 30% - which is basically nothing, especially when you're going to be moving around.

anyway to give better AA when its off in the options for sweetfx to work.. its fine with the fx on but be nice to hit it with some high SMAA whatever it is.

Hmmm you might have a point as I'm actually using the latest version of sweetfx (which is not the same as Ixigia's) with default settings, and those settings include a "vibrance" that is enabled by default, and is disabled on ixigia's one. It applies a suble increase in color saturation that I really like more than the default, as it's not overdone, imo.

I never had this 60-30-60 fps problem in any game other than the Assassins Creed series.

Game seems pretty sweet, love the art style/color palette.

I can't help but feel the American accents feel out of place though, i wish they'd have been French or even British accents.

The game has a good feel, though I can't say I have been blown away just yet. I only played an hour though, so that doesn't say much. It looks very good to me (aliasing is very present though), I don't see any low res textures, and it runs good.

Cheers, suspected it could be that because of the small filesize.

Anyway, dunno what I did but the save dates started working (maybe you need to play a while - you can see the one autosave with the blank date, that's the earliest one I had):



I have no time stamps on my saves after putting sweetfx any way to fix this?

v5 3DM crack fixes that problem. I would guess the Skidrow crack also fixes it.

v3 Save files are at C:\ProgramData\3DMGAME\3DMGAME\205100\storage

The new saves location for v5 is here: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SKIDROW\205100\Storage

Just copy and paste the old save file(s) to there. The time and date will only appear on new saves and wont work if you overwrite the old ones.

Is SweetFX any different in that aspect? Is there another way to force Triple Buffering that works when using such injectors?


You have an Nvidia card so just go into your driver settings & enable adaptive vsync.
That way you will be limited to 60fps but if the frame rate drops it disables vsync. It makes it more of a fps cap then real vsync.

Just got to the sewers.

Stupid question but... the game completely opens up after that, right?
The world, the gameplay, etc.

Because so far I'm not that impressed Poker Face


Also the graphics (mostly the environment/space) remind me a little too much of RAGE Poker Face Poker Face
