So with the Fairlight crack, all my skidrow savegames are gone or what? Sad

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

No just different direction. Copy your files to FLT save floder.

SKIDROW
C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\SKIDROW\205100\Storage
FLT
C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\FLT\Steam\205100\remote

They'll have same date and time though.

Not really. Maybe too high value for contrast or something?

Will work. You have to find where is 3DM save location. Should be in AppData\Local or Roaming

Any opinions on Mouse & Keyboard VS. Controller in regards to this title? I tried liking it on the 360. I really did, but, when I can get so many more frames per second at 5 times the eye candy I, for some reason tend to go with that...Just not sure about that specific aspect of this game yet, and what worries me is that the PC version seems to not have its own UI/etc. and is throwing tons of oddly placed key bindings on you.

Please correct me if I'm wrong cause I'd prefer to be wrong Wink

It puts other cross platform games / ports to shame. It Has UI customization, can adjust FOV in the menu, can turn off mouse smoothing in the menu etc etc... All things that used to be default for PC games Razz

Sad "Mouse and Keyboard" support is touted as a feature on a PC sometimes these days...

Play it on PC.

On PC, you usually have the option to play with either a controller or keyboard & mouse. As for this game, you have that option.

I would suggest playing with a mouse since its a first person game. Third person games like Batman generally feel better with a controller IMO

I'll just wait another day before i start this masterpiece. And if scene doesn't fix their shit i'll just use one of chinese cracks. Looks like ALI's v2.0 and 3DM's v5.0 handle better than both FLT and SKIDROW.

Stupid FTL crack, fixes things but also breaks them. I tried to mark the options.sav as read-only, but then the game refuses to work. Sad

I guess I'll have to re-set my options every time I start the game. Crying or Very sad Oh well...

Aaaah that's why I found combat super easy. I just checked if the game would run played a couple of seconds on hard in the prison, saved and went to do my business. Came back and reloaded, didn't think the difficulty would be back on normal.

Guys, try to make .ini files (if there are any) to read-only and check it please. I don't have it yet, so I can't check myself.
