I thought mw3 was preet good if you ask me other then there being hardly no maps available unless you buy extra this that and the other.

The game is not that bad or ugly for that matter imo. It's just not exceptional in any.

Only 8 maps are displayed in battlelog server filters. If there aren't any more "hidden" maps it's not much at all. According to CoD wiki, MW3 shipped with twice that amount.

I don't know. I haven't played new MOH, but the maps looked pretty bad.
MW3 were quite meh also, definitely worse than previous dutys.

Buggy is understandable, it's a EA product.  Crashed 3 times for me already. 
It doesn't look as good as BF3, but I wouldn't call it ugly. Gameplay wise, the game that it resembles the most is Homefront, IMHO.

Balanced classes
Fireteam Buddy system
Lots of weapons and customization (if you like that)

Hit detection. Sometimes it feels like you need a whole clip to put someone down. Could be server/ping related.
Your enemy doesn't differentiate to much from your team. Sometimes I just ran past them before noticing it was an enemy.
Some of the weapons you can only use with a silencer, that is until you unlock the option to remove the silencer.
8 maps only.
FOV
Overall, based on 2 hours, I would say it's a OK MP experience. Nothing groundbreaking, but I don't think anyone was expecting that.

actually it is not released in nl yet so i cannot complain untill thursday, if it`s not working good i will complain. but the half hour i played yesterday via vpn was working 100% without any issues.
