Make an omelette! 2-3 eggs, cut up some tomatoes, peppers, onions, throw in some ham, maybe some cheese, season with salt and pepper accordingly. Enjoy! Very Happy

Grilled cheese is always a nice and easy quick fix to have as well Wink

When I'm too lazy too cook, I'll just take bread, put tomato paste, salami and cheese on top off it. Then put it in the oven or microwave till the cheese is molten - et voila Very Happy
Of course you can stuff whatever you want on it, tuna, tomatos, bacon, chicken filet. Don't forget to use some spices as well.

Part of my fattening process. Need to gain weight or I'll come back from the sea shore job looking like a skeleton.
