As for framerate, the 360 version runs smooth, while the PS3 is a jaggy mess that chugs along in slow motion.

I'd say it's 100% English cause I didn't see any Jap words in the menus and the voices and subtitles are also all in English.
Btw, despite its small size of only 310mb, it's quite a nice and addictive driving game... just like the original.

What TV were you guys playing on? I have an HDTV, it plays at 480P and 1080i, it looks like it's going to 1080i, then I get left with a blank screen
