Found the config file at.
C:\Users\Jonas\AppData\Local\SKIDROW\207040\Storage
(Your user name will differ but otherwise this should be correct for the Skidrow version under Vista up to Windows 8.)

(For Steam it would be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\SteamUserID\207040 somewhere with SteamUserID being a number for your own Steam account ID.)

It's unfortunately encoded or something so it can't be altered manually.

As for being their fault it would of course be if they hard locked it to just use desktop resolution instead of allowing manually setting preferred mode (And fullscreen or windowed.) particularly for tripple-head or similar setups. Smile
(You had - if I got the resolution right - three 1920x1080 monitors.)

I had no issues with the Skidrow version thus far (Stage 3 of 6 or such.) albeit yes it is very fast paced but I assumed that's why you got the time slow down energy device.
(I'm kinda used to these games being very brutal yet this isn't too bad, you don't even get shot down after one hit, instead it's just some small time penalty.)

(Game can still be a challenge at times, bosses are pretty tricky but that's how it's meant to be.)

Have the steam version and it plays faster than this.

Have you noticed the upload date of that video?...it's way before the PC release...that means that's from the X360 version ..

I've tried changing again tween screen refresh rates...and it's like "SONIC CD" all over again...in Sonic CD,with 120hz,the "Time" section was like 3 seconds in-game for 1 second IRL almost..in SINE MORA ITS THE SAME...

So i tried my Sonic CD trick, changing from 120hz to 60hz...and in Sonic CD the game ran like it should've been...on SINE MORA,the game's start (companies) are VERY SLOW,so the menus are too ( no smooth screen page change thing)...NOT EVEN 100hz fixes this!!! (100hz = 120hz FOR SINE MORA)

So yeah, this game's pretty fucked up when you compare it to the console version ¬¬...

I tested Skidrow and Theta version, both run faster (based on the timer where 1 second is not a real second) than the Xbox version. The game is really great though Cool

Game is pretty cool. Launched game and got a "not responding" error for a sec but then turned out fine. NICE GAME and works prefect with ps3 controller via motionjoy.

I don't quite understand the game over system. The game has a limited number of continues per campaign with permanent death once all are used up, but I can still start from any level I've unlocked from the menu?

Not sure whats up with the cracked versions, but the legit STEAM version runs just fine, at proper speed, just like in the video posted above.

This game though. My fucking eyes. So Much Win

The story telling, in game cinematic, stage design, pacing. Fucking epic. Have not seen anything like this in a shoot 'em up yet. The presentation reminds me a bit of R-Type Final for PS2, but this one looks much better.

Someone above asked for a mini review, but there is not much to say. I think the gameplay video really shows all that needs to be seen. After all it's just a ridiculously good looking and genuinely well done horizontal shmup.

I dont know how you got to get those FPS then...have you edited anything in the config files or anything in the Options Menu?,Image Quality's set to MAXIMUM...

All i did was to get the SKIDROW release, unpack, mount, install, crack up,launch "Launcher",choose spanish and change settings to Max...and that's it...

My PC's a beast (read sig),not the latest but i dont understand this...

Haven't modified any files. The only difference here is that I use English, but I highly doubt that has any impact on the framerate. Laughing

After some searching, I read that the game isn't supposed to have more than 60 fps (because of the console port). I have a constant 75 fps, my game speed is 25% faster than intended, but it doesn't really bother me actually. However, If you have a 120hz monitor, the game speed is twice faster.

Im going to upload a vid to show off the prob...

Note that when starting recording from "This game saves---" (just whenever you start it) with FRAPS,there's a moment where the game stops...the resumes...then freezes white forever unless you stop recording...i had to do 2 tiny cuts..

Fraps recorded starting with 120FPS,then,while IN THE GAMEPLAY,went to 70-85 FPS (just, again, lke what Prout said)..you guys will notice the timer up there to vary (WITHOUT USING THE SLO-MO SKILL) randomly,but,again,1 IRL second = 2-3 seconds in the game)

Sure, you can record a 60FPS game and the game will run as it should...but then you'll be creating hundreds of GB creating a video just to play this game...and NO,DO NOT WANT

PS: i ALSO get the Black Bars on top and bottom of the screen...this is not a movie...

just limit fps to 60 with msi afterburner or nvidiainspector if you have nvidia.

I didn't know we could do that with Nvidia Inspector. The game speed is now correct. Thank you for the tip.

I've DL'd Nvidia inspector and couldn't find any option, unless it's the dangerous overclocking button....or maybe i've skipped something?...i mean it's a program just to show off how cool your GPU is

On the Driver Version Line, there is a tool button on the right.

Create a new profile (the tiny yellow light) then add SineMora.exe. Scroll down and there is a Frame Rate Limiter in the Common section. Set 60 fps and hit Apply Changes on the top right corner.

Anyone figure out how to get rid of the black borders on the top and bottom?
Amazing game but i'd like to play it in fullscreen 1080p with no borders.

It's a horizontal shooter with super duper horizontal resolution. It's a design choice. I'm pretty sure you wont get rid of the borders without breaking the aspect ratio. Any other way would change the gameplay.

Personally I like it the way it is. Many old school shooters looked like this.

So i've finished the game

Like:

-60FPS
-Slo-Mo Skill
-My monitor, even with 1080p option from nVidia panel, cant run the game properly, but on default 1920x1080 and MAX quality makes this game a very tasteful graphical experience...JUST BEAUTIFUL...No wait,next...VIEWTIFUL! (grinhurt)
-FUNNNNNN!!!
-Amazing bosses
-ANTHRO/FURRY =D,something you rarely see in games nowadays in EXCEPTION of Dust: An Elysian Tail (360)

Dislike: (SPOILERRRRR TAB PLZ!)
