PC release will probably happen in November/December/January, with the announcement of the PC version coming in August or so.

No unpredictable delays = it will be out in that time'frame that I've mentioned.
If some polishing/optimizing and other related problems show up = it might be delayed until feb/march 2k14 ( but that's like the worst case scenario )

@ niksuna

For the moment no,the map is pretty HUGE and it will take players a while to get bored and want something new,but that space could be expanded with something else later on Wink

May - October/November 2013 (GTA V)...even the optimization process has been optimized Cool Face

Since they will probably release X720/PS4 ports in 2014, they need to get the PC version out a few months before.

Basically, Rockstar wants you to buy the X360 version first because it's GTA and you can't wait for the PC release date. Half a year later, they want you to buy the PC version as well to enjoy the game with proper graphics.
Another six months later, they will ask for your money once again to get the X720 version which will feature new effects, better draw distance and a few new radio stations.
If they release the PC version too close to the X720 version, it is possible that people skip the PC version altogether Wink
