Russian version doesn't seem to be fully compatible against the worldwide one but I'm not surprised, it's multi-5 and has some differences in other files against the multi-12 worldwide exe.
(The localization files for example.)
EDIT: Here's the proper localization.lang file for one thing, you can just compare it in Notepad to the previous file I (Definitively should not have used but somehow it worked.) took from Revelations.

game runs well with me also. Some slowdowns in the city, but nothing big.

You never mentioned what FPS you were getting so that "no performance drop"... well... really doesn't mean much, now does it?

Anybody else graphics options missing? I only have 3 options to choose from AA/Shadows/Textures.
I don't have an option to chose a resolution.
Also, I'm getting about a steady 60fps with the Theta release with AA down to low(normal).
2700k @ 4.4
580 @ 900/1800

My theory is a lot of people have decent enough PCs to get 30ish FPS and are satisfied because they don't have the highest of hardware afterall..
while
- those that don't have good hardware suffer very poor FPS
and
- those that do have high end hardware are dissatisfied it's not locked at 60.
Basically it's all a matter of perspective, and for the "middle class"  the port might seem good, while for the others incredibad.

Well, i just bought it. I think the multiplayer is fun and worth it. 48.50 Euro for Deluxe edition ain't so bad.

Basically I can play every single game ever released so far on the PC with no real issues.
Except this one.
I couldn't give a giraffe's ass if people have a i7 superoverclocked wonder machine - most - yes MOST - PC owning people do not have such a rig, and lets be honest, if the game didn't run for people with such a spec, they would be burning Ubi's offices down about now.
The fact remains we are still held back by shit consoles, and so games for the PC will not exceed the console's capabilities for some time, even if they are slightly enhanced. And so we get shit ports, and in most cases, shit performance.
This game is easily within even the most modest of PC builds this side of 2009, and any prick on these forums who say otherwise should join the Taliban and practice suicide bombing immediately, preferably within the confines of a Taliban training facility.
I can't WAIT for Star Citizen to be released, so we can finally see just what PC gaming should look and play like.

A Phenom II x4 should still be enough for a game like AC3. For a console port. But it ain't.
