Is it possible in theory that someone can add cracked DLC to an original full version of the game?
A person I know wants to add Mass Effect 3 dlc to the original copy of the game, is this possible?

Most of the time it's completely possible, though invariably it will mean you have to use cracked files to do it. ME3 has cracked DLC and it should work fine on the original copy.

batman arkham asylum/city dlcs are especially easy to install
just drop them in and add import lines to .ini files
have both legit and nonlegit dlcs work
even the ps3 exclusive AA joker dlc

thomas you need the cracked exe for that one or it won't work
