Strange, could anyone explain?
I used the farcry3_d3d11.exe the first time I started the game. It runs like ass. So I used the farcry3.exe now and it doesn't recognize my savegames?

game is absolutely playable. got everything maxed out except MSAA, which is set to 2. res is 1080p. |

I only played up until the first outpost mission. It's fun and all, but the hand holding is a bit absurd. There are icons everywhere, and floating arrows on-screen. Is there any actual exploration in this game other than traveling to the next icon?
At least they let us disable the wallhack.

Where exactly is the save supposed to go? I figure it's in appdata somewhere, but i have also played the game a bit, but i don't find any save games like yours.

From what I read and understood the difficulty setting has no effect on them. So nope.

Hmm, i can see where Beckman stopped. I got a picture in the savegames where the black guy hands you money, but when i load i guess the game picks up my last save from cloud cause it's where i left off with my own save. I moved my own saves from the folder.

what i do is simply run through unexplored areas and just do the stuff i find.

Hmm Reloaded uses a local version of Uplay (Or Orbit) usually stored in the game folder, it is possible that with later versions they detached the save folder and put it elsewhere like say C:\ProgramData\Reloaded where they usually store Steamworks titles.
Profile name should be "lordjbeckman" Demde.
EDIT: Unsure about compatibility between cracked Orbit like Reloaded and the original version (Or the UPlay client crack.), ideally finding the info to hex-edit or how it works so that people can unlock it on their own saves would work best.
(I have only limited knowledge about how this works, it's been around since the UPlay reward system started I believe, back with unlocking extras for Assassins Creed 2 and the like.)
