I read on a lot of sites multiplayer is working even without legit key. Anyone can tell me how? Do you have to do anything special or just start the game and go multiplayer? You can send me personal message. Wink

Start the game, choose multiplayer, enjoy terrible CoD knockoff with laggy players from China.

(Unless you're Chinese. Very Happy )

So it really IS working? Just start the game and go to multiplayer? Nothing extra stuff to do? No 3rd programs or files?

Thanks

Well apparently the game does not want me to OC my CPU, no idea why, but I can finally try the game. While the game runs at 50fps, it's not smooth as others have pointed out. I don't know what the problem is exactly.

Oh man the A.I. in this game, they can pinpoint your exact location when you miss a shot even when you're crouched in some bushes half a kilometer away using a suppressed sniper rifle with long range optics, but when it comes to driving they keep committing suicide by driving into deep rivers.

The more I play the more I like it. Razz

The light RPG elements are a nice touch which make everything more interesting, not to mention the characters, very unique and nicely portrayed.

Aside from the consolized hud (and markers, markers everywhere) shooting feels alright (there's actually recoil) and the hardest level of difficulty definitely requires some basic planning, at least at the beginning with no skills, which is a plus.

Not a flawless game of course but it's such a huge step forward if compared to the repetitive -and quite broken- Far Cry 2.

Dont you guys think that the world feels kinda dead? Not the wildlife, thats immersive but the peaople, the NPCs.
I like this game but it would be cool if it really was like Skyrim with guns like one of the reviwers said.
I have played tons of hours and not a single crash and the game runs smooth on all Ultra.

so far this game is making me want to kill someone with all the bullshit hud crap and pop-ups and invisible mission area fences.

'hit start to view the kill someone tutorial'

'check your map to find someone to kill'

'make a waypoint on your target'

ok i finally made it to my target. oh look, there is a diamond on my radar...ill just go --

'you left the mission area. mission failed'

wtf, back in town at the autosave from 15 mins ago? shit. i even lost the loot i failed the mission over. oh well ill sneak back to the target and get back to business...

'hit start for the stealth tutorial'

'hit start to see the popup for the gun you are holding'

'hit start for the shooting tutorial'

congratulations, you accidentally shot him while trying furiously to exit the tutorial. level up

'hit start to view level up tutorial'

'thats right, we are even going to pick your first skills for you'

No, I don't think it feels dead. I actually love the random skirmishes between pirates and natives. Add to that a rogue tiger in the vicinity and epic situations ensue.

Also I'm thankful it's not like "Skyrim with guns".

Lots of funny / random situations in this game Very Happy very good mix of missions/story and "make your own story". Wouldnt mind if it was even more like Skyrim, more caves, loot and stuff Wink

I agree with what you are saying but I mean that the NPCs feels like zombies.
Maybe Im comparing to Skyrim to much....

Nothing like releasing a tiger from his cage to weaken enemy forces before you go in. Laughing

almost finished the game, if we look only fps part of the game, game is reeeaaally good, story has soo many twists, brilliant story is brilliant, i really enjoyed the game. I did follow only main quests. But what i did not enjoyed is repeatable pointless sidequests, and loot, really useless loot, boxes on the map are only taking your time for nothing. Besides useless loot and upgrades i give it 8/10.

EDIT: game runs fine in dx11, no msaa, water and p.fx on low, everything else on high, 80-85 fps, it only drops to 42 for a sec when game is loading data. i5-3570k and gtx 660 with 310.64 beta.

How long is the game if you do story missions only? 2-3 hours? 4 tops?

Slow paced stealthy realism combat in the jungle would be nice....
