|
I still using that russian version with that hacked ubilauncher. I updated the game to 1.03. When i start the game it stays at the logging in screen.
What do i wrong?

Update to the latest version of uplay and use the ownership file posted in the main far cry 3 topic at cs.rin.ru and put it into the ownership folder of the ubisoft gamelauncher. Change the name of the file into the one what's inside that specific folder and make it only-read. If you don't it won't work as the file keeps being replaced by the game server ( i think ) as it checks if you own the game or don't. Btw don't use the cracked client files anymore and use only the originals.

I know and cracked uplay is not fine after being patched to 1.03 and that's the reason you will stay in that logging-in screen for now if you don't do what i just said.

well farcry 3 is working again with that ownership file. But how do i get assasins creed 3 in that list

Well you can still use the cracked client files to play ac3. If they block it by an update e.g. you can make that file yourself and make it read-only again. There's also a tool posted in that topic ( fc3 ) so you can merge all your ownership files into one for all games, that should do the trick.

Has anyone noticed any performance difference with update 1.03 for this game? It says in the patch notes:
"Fixed issues for machines that have more than 32 cores."
But has anyone noticed any other performance increase that do not have the WTF 32 cores lol?

There's probably some smaller optimizations with each of these patches, likely stability improvements too but I've not noticed any significant performance difference.
(That about the 32 cores I believe was a developer from Dice contacting them via Twitter about problems on a dual Xenon CPU machines and it was with hyper threading enabled so it was likely with two eight core CPU's.)

anything fixed the keymapping problem? i.e. change your controls to oldschool (walk forward with mouse2) driving/gliding etc wont work properly anymore even those bindings are made separately

You have to edit the default input files by unpacking common.dat and patch.dat and therein change the bindings that govern which keys control driving, gliding and such, I know it can be done as other people have done so but I've not tried it myself.

Well there isn't much left to say I guess, maybe once those DLC start arriving there will be more to talk about.
(Though for now only the epilogue chapter co-op pack is announced and it's PS3 only at the moment.)
(No doubt they'll release the pre-order content as DLC for everyone as well, eventually.)

im still bummed about the MP, the maps and the guns are fun, so is the game modes, but the horrific desicion to NOT use dedicated servers just baffles me, and add to that a subpar matchmaking system, horrible netcode and the fail is ON
could have knocked atleast BO II out of bounds if done properly

The reason your save games are no good anymore is because the other release created like this in your\\ProgramData\Orbit\saves.ini
Save002=AC3[0]-tm_2012_11_26 19:58:38
But the real releases create a save game with these identifiers. I was not able to identify what the numbers mean and thus had to restart, thankfully I was in the first quest where u have to find the Dr sumhard or something

AC3 is just a way the program listed the save file, it is not a assassins creed 3 thing, since that saves somewhere else. What I meant is that when the early version created a save file, it was recognized by those AC3[0]-tm_2012_11_26 19:58:38, hence the time it was created and the date. The legit version saves and uses the 130002760222260000 string as a way of letting the game know which save to use.

Yeah that's the problem, the 1.02 and 1.03 from reloaded, start using the regular format from the legit version, I found that out the hard way.... fucking stupid 1hr tutorial

Really nice article. I think the writer was maybe the one who did a better job. I have no serious complaints about the story and its supposedly "hidden" messages, also I understood perfectly well in the end that...
 Spoiler: | Hagning on to Citra wasn't the right thing to do at all. It was clear to me that she was even more insane than his brother albeit having an understandable and noble pursuit.

The people in charge of comnplementing the story and the rich world with a solid gameplay were the ones at fault (IMO), even if they did a very good job with some specific elements.
