People on Neogaf say that it activates in Europe, but you have to wait untill february for it to unlock (since the release date is 15th february).

quick question here? i bought Mortal Kombat Arcade Collection from Gmg, there's was no buy button(unavailable in my region probably) so i used a proxy to get to the check out page and then turned off the proxy and bought it normally.
question is, is the key Valid anywhere, or is it blocked somehow? since i am planning to give it away.

Guys. I bought dragon age ultimate and durining first start it asked for dlc cdkey which I
totally blew and canceled.
But awakening and all other dlc show in options so I am good?
