Got a little annoying problem here.

For a while now,I've been getting corrupted files during installing a game.
This seems to only affect Gamersgate files though...got no problem with steam,torrents or other large files.

Everytime I download from GG,everything goes smoothly,but as soon as I start to install it,one or more files are corupted.

Now I have tested the following:

Changed to different ram -> no effect
Tried with different OS -> no effect
Tried different network card -> no effect
Disabled antivirus -> no effect

This also happens with all my HDD's,no difference where I download or install the files to.
It's driving me insane since all the games I have on GG are out of reach so to speak.

I did contact the GG support about this and they said there is no problem on their end,users also reported the same.

So I'm left wondering what is the cause of this,could it be my modem settings or what?

Any help is appreciated. Smile

Laughing You really went through all of this even though you said that everything went smooth with Steam for example?

I pretty sure that the problem is on their end.

I'm trying all options here. Smile

Tried downloading and installing gamersgate games on another computer and no corrupted files occured.
I'll try reinstalling windows first and then if that fails, getting a third sets of mem sticks to figure this out. Very Happy
