I don't see why I have to pay for someone who's never paid into the system should be abled to come and get it for free. Yet my husband is only allowed two weeks a year into Europe because of tax reasons.
Fair enough if they have jobs and pay taxes. But theres quite a few that don't.

source?

Or are you just being sarcastic? I know you can get in trouble for killing a burgular in England/Canada anyways, but I'd like to see a case where a burgular sued for breaking his leg.

Unfortunately he's not being sarcastic.
Ive read many stories where the criminal comes off better than the victim.

so again, show me a news article. All I can find are homeowners getting in trouble for blowing them away or beating them within an inch of death.

this breaking a leg business sounds like urban legend to me Razz

It really does depend on the judge... there's no law statin that if you injure yourself on some1s property the owner is liable. These events do occur but they rarely happen and there's usually an outcry over them neway Smile

well ... there it's not like that other burgular has won his case...

"Burglar Fred Barras, 16, died after Martin shot him in the back with an illegally-held pump-action shotgun in August 1999." <-- This seems like a bit much for burgulars.

Dude, its the same in Canada. If someone breaks into ur house, and u happen to kill em (like say u smack the guy across the head with a bat and kill him) or u perm fuck someone up, ur going to jail....least thats what ive been told...dunno if its true

yeah ... but if a burgular falls over and breaks his leg while breaking in your not in trouble.

you can't kill a burgular unless he is going to kill you. someone intruding on your property isn't grounds for you to play dirty harry Very Happy

this guy blew away an unarmed 16 year old kid -- shot him in the back while he was probably running away for shit sakes...

lol

Still, i think thats fucked...if anyone breaks into my home, the assumption of harm coming to me and those who reside in my house is automatic ya know? I'm not gunna ask the fuckin guy if he plans to hurt us lol
I'd grab my....nevermind, I'd grab a couple of knives and go to town on his body seriously. Especially in my area...fuck, anyone breakin in is strapped for sure ya know...Im not gunna attempt to reason with the guy as he's prolly wacked outta his tree anyway (meth, coke, tar, etc).

Oh, something for Max...dude, be on the look out for little orange triangle pills (Dextrose pills)....there going around like mad and a couple of my friends recently did em and fucked themselves up good - almost od'd. Dextrose is like speed i believe (but worse I assume). Anyway, serious, look out for em...as I havent heard the cops talking about this on the news yet...but maybe they are looking out for it. These aren't like regular medicinal drugs (percs, OC's etc) man, they are seriously harmful Sad
