Speaking of emulators, my 4 year old niece likes to play Soul Calibur 2 on a Dreamcast emulator using a 360 controller. She just randomly presses buttons but somehow still does well enough.

If the PC is powerful enough to handle Dolphin, you can't really go wrong with Super Mario Bros Wii, Super Mario Galaxy, Donkey Kong Country Returns etc.
Actually these are fun even for "older" people
