So she texted me Friday night and we talked for almost an hour. She said she was sorry for what she had don and that she hated her self for it. So now we are gonna try again from scratch, first date tomorrow.
Feels odd tho as I slept over (on the couch) and just got home. So we kinda cheated and started to dating yesterday. Right now we can cuddle in the couch while watching a movie so sitting on the kitchen floor (she has no table yet). No kissing yet tho.
Seeing each other naked tho is ok. apparently.

That seems fair. I am utterly jaded by women as you might be able to tell.
Have you done anything to help with the anger issues? Simple fact is, if you don't take those steps, you'll no doubt keep going down the same path with her and any women who come after her.

In that case I would follow her lead on things and try not to push things forward to quickly. In your head you're getting back together, in her head she is trying to learn to trust you again. You have to constantly remind yourself of that.

Not to be a buzz kill but you're in a very tough situation now, Karmeck, because she'll be watching you for a hawk for any sign of "your old self".
An ex did the same thing with me after she said she got fed up with me being jealous (and honestly, that was her own fault) - when we got back together, I had to spend the entire time watching my own behaviour even though I really felt my behaviour wasn't that inappropriate. Basically, she said I tried to push her away from her male friends. I said these male friends were poisoning er mind and trying to get into her pants. Well, guess what: in the end, I was jealous and we broke up anyway. Two weeks later, one of her "friends" became her boyfriend and she STILL felt I had no reason to be jealous of him *facepalms*.
But yeah, when a girl demands you change "or else", you're fucked really.

@red I don't think what you say can be treated as universal truth. Sometimes your partner will want you to change, because they correctly see, that change would do good for you. I'm not saying this is your case, I'm saying this happens a lot.
People shouldn't be so defensive, when others ask them to change. Some people are simply not behaving correctly and they need to change, and having someone there to help you through is a lot better than otherwise.

This is beginning to read like fanfic.
I'm glad that you are trying to make things work, but perhaps you are trying too hard to convince yourself that this is a good thing by posting all of the details here? Don't get me wrong, if this is what you need to do, then this is a great place for it.
