Yeah... but what is nforce.nl ? there are only illegal information about movies (dvdrips, xvids, tc...) games and everything else. I don't get it. The forum isn't separete section of it, is it ?

NFOrce.nl does not provide any illegal files, it only provides information. NFO files do not break any laws, they don't provide any help in finding illegal files and they don't in anyway help a person gain access to anything illegal!
The forum follows these sames rules and ideal's, we do not provide information on illegal things here.

Yes. Remember, although it's illegal to download copyrighted material, so far it's not illegal to talk about it.
Let me give you an example.
Some lowlife breaks into your house and steals your tv. Now that's illegal. But if you talk to people about your television being stolen, well that's quite legal.
