Ok, so I'm on XP, which might cause NT errors, so what is WinIce/SoftIce ?

alot of people use softice to crack, it's problably the copyprotection detecting it, it might not be softice or winice but any debugger, so if you have visual studio or something like that installed you may have a debugger running in the background, you can disable the service and restart your pc it should fix it

I think I fixed it, turns out, Nero 6 causes it. I uninstalled it, and no longer get that crash !

Installation worked perfect
BUT
When i am trying to start the Game it freezes and i must restart my PC
got the newest Drivers for my Radeo 9800 PRO installed but still this problem (using Win2k PRO)

ea uses the same protection for every game. safedisc 4 + vm used by ea is very easy to clone, harder to crack... no problem with this protection

ok i have some problems with that clone release. did that trick with the demo=1 thingy. installed without any problems. game starts with emulations all on with daemon tools. i can play too but the problem is, that there is missing text in the menus. f.e. in franchise mode, when you do the drills and select a controller, my controller doesnt have text, but can select it. other thing is in nfl superstar. there is missing text all over in the menu. anybody else have this problem or know how i can solve this? thanks in advance

Well, the torrent on the torrent site is gone, no seeder anymore so I'm stuck at 11,6%. I hope it'll be up again soon, I'm dying to play the damn game!

Its because you installed in demo mode. maybe the game misses some or has wrong entrys in the registry cause you installed demo.

thats registry when u installed without the demo mode patching.

Your post doesn't have anything to do with Madden NFL '06 and yet you wonder why people have managed to get away with posting crap in this thread. Hmmm, bit of a hypocrite huh?

- its less then seen in Sims 2 Addon though and more as seen in Cricket 2005. Thats reason why i said DEViANCe loader or stay with clone.
weird though, dont they say 'keep your drivers up to date' or the game wont run properly? 
anyway wait a few more hours and CLONECD will have it released
