Oh okay. Good to hear. I have the original RLD iso as well, but I think the save games are incompatible? I don't recall what crack the BB version uses. I just don't wanna start all over (yet).
Do you know? Thanks for your help so far!

Thanks demde! I'll have to do that later today. The current saves are on my desktop at home and I'm at work right now.

Likewise (well I'm already at the 50-60%, but still). I think I'll wait until this mod ( http://farcry.nexusmods.com/mods/63/ ) gets updated as well for the new patch. Should be the best FC3 experience that way |

firday is today i think |
He didn't specify which Friday though
In the meantime I've disabled the hud completely myself with an Hex editor, it's not that bad, unless there are -hidden- QTEs on the screen xD (it's certain death in that case..even more hardcore!)

For tonizito: http://www.tweakguides.com/
Quote: | In a frustrating turn of events, the 17-page Crysis 3 Tweak Guide I finished and formatted, ready for immediate release on the 4th of March, has now been delayed for almost two weeks, with no indication from Nvidia as to when it will actually be published. The guide contents were cleared over a week ago, so the delay is not due to any content issues. We had agreed to new publication arrangements which would supposedly reduce the delays, but that's obviously not been the case. As a result, I've decided to stop writing guides for Nvidia. The game guides will now go on hiatus until such time as a new sponsor is found that will let me publish the material in a timely manner.
Update: For those wondering about the Far Cry 3 Tweak Guide, it disappeared into the ether. Basically, Nvidia submitted it to the developer for final approval, and given it was an AMD-sponsored game, the developer simply withheld their approval. |

@ sausje: Then Ubisoft / AMD would/will make a public statement that that's not the case, no?

If this becomes proper news, yes. But some (and in their eyes that is) random website posting that on their frontpage in a small section, is none of their concern..
But when this gets out to bigger news sites, no doubt they will make a counter statement IF this is the case.

For AMD/Ubisoft that site is to no importance of them at all, like i said. Unless a big newssite picks this up and makes an article about it, they don't really care.

FC3 is -40% on Steam. Worth getting? Yes, I could read the bloody thread, but I don't want the story-spoiled by reading random posts, so just a quick yes/no/whatever please. |
I don't know if there are better promotions around, but the game is great in my opinion. It's NFOHump's 2012 goty after all
