All of this makes me think about the scene world, and who leaks the games, and why they leak only an xbox version or a ps3 version instead the both at the same time...

Different groups, different sources of leaks, i.e. smuggled out of printing plant versus snagged from someone who works in a store and got stock early versus review copies getting in to the right hands. I doubt that this is a printing press leak as someone mentioned earlier, as we'd be looking at a release more than 8 days early you'd have thought. Look at DVD and BR releases, they seem to appear about a month before they go on sale at retail, those I imagine are plant leaks. This game "went gold" on Feb 19th and appeared on March 18th, fairly sure it's someone in the retail channel leaked it.

yea thx for the mini review, just one question, does the game feels/is more open world this time ? because the developers talking about "lots of things to do and explore" in some of the interviews/movies (thought i heart that somewhere ^^ )
