Replaced the insides with a universal GPU block but kept the fan and housing probably to keep the VRM's nice and cool

Too much effort, and Titan is known for not to be any better overclocker when watercooled which is pretty odd. There is several reports after people spending so much cash on full cover waterblock and then it overclocks exactly the same as with stock cooler (Nvidia claimed that Titan has insane overclocking potential if it runs cool). Fail card for its price really, gonna wait for summer and see how the "cut down" Titan will do and what price it will be.

I haven't followed it much. I've heard from a few Titan owners though they wouldn't buy it again if they had the choice
