Well yeah, because old method used old razor WOL license. FLT keygen generates HOTS license. If nibbits workaround was working for you. You already had 2.0.5/cache installed. You only need to unblock to let it update to 2.0.6 and use flt license from their crack folder.

So when Skidrow makes a crack that needs Uplay or something they nuke it, but when FLT makes a "crack" that requires online and connecting to Blizzard servers then it's OK. scene is full of hypocrites with double standards, always giving better treatment to certain groups (RLD, FLT).

at least they should have included offline solution so release doesn't stop working a week or two from now when new game update is out...

Completely offline method will be with custom installer on already patched to 2.0.6 installing blizzard agent and cache folders in programdata then using flt license only and block everything .

have custom installer for WoL, I might be able to the the same for HotS, but right now i dont know how to do it

Maybe they already got wind. Maybe that's why it now insists on downloading the WHOLE game again! v2.0.7 anyone? Wink

I just tried it in W7 ult 64-bit as opposed to my XP Pro 64-bit drive.. same behavior. Will try doing what Demde says next. Back to another regedit first though <sigh>.

FLT doesn't have full offline cache i just packed up the full one from nbbits in data.zip and replaced it on the place of flt one and not their tool copies the fulll cache + their offline file Surprised
Now i need 2-3 hours for insaller to compile .

Yeah we know guys.. that's what we're talking about.

Anyways.. I installed my old RLD ISO of WoL and at the end it comes up with wanting to "optimize" my game and all it's doing is switching back to downloading the whole game again.. over it. This is really fucked. If Fairlight DID actually release this.. it's majorly screwed up. I know it's just gonna' end up putting the "starter edition" back on over my retail ISO install, and probably won't crack correctly.

I imagine IF Fairlight had released this.. they would have used a retail standalone but I've not heard of HotS being released except online. My guess is there's nothing but an updated starter install in the ISO. I wonder if anyone else is having this problem. All I see is a lot of reports of people not being able to play offline with it, which effectively makes the whole thing crap.

So, if I got Swarm.SC2Campaign and SwarmStory.SC2Campaign folders in my SC2 Campaign folder I don't have to insall FLT release just use their cracking method, right? My SC2 folder is 13.1GB.

Make sure you update to 2.0.6 then extract only offline file from data.zip and replace with yours in ProgramData folder. Use generate license with flt tool and enter with flt user. Then just move your saves from your old profile to flt one.

Its same as razor workaround this time its using HOTS license which is working for both campaigns

FLT is working fine. I had original WoL installed and updated, got their crack and after 3 clicks and 1 minute I was playing HotS.

this is retarded. so basically if you install a game a month or two from now, FLT release will probably be blocked and might not function any more, because it relies on connecting to blizz servers.

at least RZR provided 100% offline solution for WoL.

i did. their nfo is very cryptic and confusing. they say install game while online, then they say to play offline do this. then again they say update online. RZR release of WoL was installable, updatable and playable offline.

Its probably another stupid scene rule preventing them to use custom isntaller if there is any official one. I know this method will probably stop working when blizzard releases 2.0.7 , but at least FLT provided working license for HOTS campaign. So one custom isntaller with 2.0.6 + their crack with full cache for skirmish fixes all the problems.

I won't have time to play this for a couple of months, so is it best to wait for a custom installer that includes the FLT crack and all of the required files to play offline as by the time I get to play this I'm sure the files you download will have changed?

Hrm...keep having it come up with attempting to update the launcher after getting everything installed and blocked. Not clear at all why this is happening though. Even if I attempt to let it through my firewall, it still just stays frozen.

Block the Versions\Base24944\SC2.exe and use the Support\SC2Switcher.exe to start the game (press Cancel when the stream window appears).
