Can't wait to get stuck into this game! I have time starting tomorrow. I could scour the previous pages but I thought I would ask which release/crack combination is working for save games and DLC and general all-around awesomeness? Thanks in advance!

Got a GTX 680 here. Terrible stuttering now after saving Elisabeth. I've got a 4GB card so increased the poolsize to 2048. Haven't tested yet, but are there any other fixes I should know about?
Also, what's the best injector to use with this game?
TIA men.

try looking for a tweakguide (though it may not be written - didn't the guy throw a temper tantrum and quit writing them?). Also, a few pages back I saw some other .ini tweaks.

OK i just finished it and (about the ending)
Spoiler: | What a mindfuck of an ending that was. Jesus christ . Im normally good to figure twisted stuff buit im not sure i understand here. So Dewitt and the Prophet are the same ? Elizabeth is Anna and Dewitt/the prophet daughter ? Is the prophet an alternate version of Dewitt from one of the other universes ?
Was the point of the whole thing was for Elizabeth to lure Dewitt to that baptism place just to kill him so that the Prophet won't come to existance ? Fuck i don't get it
And the rapture cameo was fucking awesome . Great game but i'm really confused about the ending. Can someone explain to my dumb self ? Thanks |

So should I go with FLT release and just move saves to C:\ProgramData\RELOADED\Reloaded\8870\storage before I restart? Or should I use FLT release with 3DM crack. Excuse me for asking questions already answered previously.

Spoiler: | I'm not certain about the purposes of killing dewitt in the original universe. He didn't go through with the baptize so he didn't become the prophet, so what threat did he pose to the other world? He would grow old as he was and die like the man we knew through the game. |

Spoiler: | My take is that DeWitt is Comstock/Prophet in a universe where he hasn't yet been baptised. He's going to baptise himself at some point - and then he'd turn into some version of the Prophet in all the universes. I don't think Elizabeth planned for him to commit suicide. DeWitt says that he's going to kill Comstock/Prophet in his crib - and that's basically what happens - because the baptism is a symbolic crib and all the different versions of Elizabeth drowns all the different versions of DeWitt at the same point in time - so that he can never become the Prophet - and by doing so, eliminating the Prophet from all possible futures.
That's how I understand it.
But there's something interesting about Elizabeth and the Songbird. She took him to Rapture and drowned him outside - and it seems to me that Elizabeth is another version of a little sister and the Songbird is the Columbia version of a Big Daddy. I think that's why Rapture was chosen. That's my theory
Anyway, I'm sure there are endless interpretations given the nature of parallel universes - and that's part of why I think the material is so interesting |

Spoiler: | Most of the crazy tech you see in Columbia is stolen from other timelines / universes being observed through the space-time tears.
Can't remember where in the game, but under the blueprints for the Songbird you find one of those voice recordings which states that the design for both the Songbird and the Handyman was inspired by a "metal man" seen through one of the tears (most likely the Rapture Big Daddy).
The same explanation seems to be valid for the technology Fink used and designed (plasmid clones and so on) AND the music that Finks' brother was "composing". |

It happened to me too when I edited the bUseBackgroundLevelStreaming value in the .ini, the game basically would fail to load some of the assets and models, leaving the levels empty. Since re-loading the checkpoint didn't do anything, I fixed it by changing the value back to True and then by backtracking to the previous area (which allowed the game to load everything from scratch) only to reach the original one again.

Spoiler: | to further prove that when you encounter the ghost of the mother, it will take you on the market district; in some of these house there is a tear on another universe with modern music and a voxaphone (or whatever they are called. ) of fink (if i'm right) talking about composing musics listening on that tear at the composer (supposed to be a relative, don't remember right).
so i suppose fink&co had probably used the tears to copy/steal technology all around the multiverse. |

wow.. buggiest game I have played in a while. first play through and ive allready had to reset twice because my character got stuck in the world.
And why is the check point system so BAD. I mean..i just killed a boss.. then I decided to use a check point because the game decided it was OK for a turret to shoot at me through brick walls, and it put me before the boss! Every other game would have saved when the boss died. The game looks great.. but jesus I think im gonna cheat to get past all this bad gameplay and just watch the game.

Spoiler: | Your theory is exactly that, because they killed Comstock before he was born (again). And Rapture was chosen because "it always starts with a man, a lighthouse and a city". It was simply a nod. |
