cutscenes on ps3 are fine, i guess its the same case here as with ff13 on 360 with highly compressed artifact-ridden cutscenes.

4 DLC will be Batgirl, Lobo, Zod and Scorpion (from MK). You can find this info in the season pass DLC ini file. Yes, this means that people using pirated season pass DLC on PS3 (see the DUPLEX DLC Unlocker for that) and 360 will automatically have all 4 characters unlocked as soon as they push the title updates that add them.
