Hi guys, I'm finally upgrading to an Intel 3570k and I want to OC it. I know stock fans suck I've found some budget and okish coolers for my taste.

It's Thermaltake Contac 30. But I have a question: DOES IT FIT?! My case is mid tower and its aprox width is 17.5 cm and it has a huge fan on the side.

This is it. I don't want to use it half open. What do you say? I'm not sure whether if it does fit or not due to that fan having a part of it inside the case.

won't fit. if we look at cooler specs on official website, it's total height is 159mm, space between right case wall and motherboard is ~10mm, you lose 20mm or so because you have fan on the left case wall about the same place where your cpu heatsink would be.

so usable space in your case for cooler in width is about 130mm at best, but it needs at least 160mm.

What if I dismount the side fan? But then in case cooling gets chopped off. Pfft. Seriously depressing.
