Probably because it is in Pro Clubs, online, against people that have the containment button glued down. If you go watch some pro clubs series on youtube, this rarely happens. That's why it is stunning.
dont care about that mode, but i think your meaning the players have lower ratings etc... doesnt count, happens with 2 star teams too. just needs a bit training in positioning the second player before the cross
No not the lower ratings as your players improve over time, it's more the fact that you play much better players in Pro Clubs and players that use containment constantly. But if you haven't played that mode a bunch, you probably won't get why it's rare. But, I'm not gonna sit here and try explain why all the time no offence.

meeh, got a problem. my win7 was to slow after over an year, so i reinstalled. in this case win8, just wanted to try that out. copied back the origin games folder, installed origin. game needed to download ~1gb again? WTF? but thats not the problem, game crashes on startup with the messi screen, push start doesnt even appear. origin overlay works fine though, alt+tab crashes the game completely. any thoughts? and yes wmp is installed
Have you tried to click on "Repair Install"? I had a similar problem with BF3 back then because apparently some files were missing even after the update (typical Origin )
yep tried that, tried setting the instance01 file to write protect, tried deleting the buttonconfigsomething file. tried applying the commentary patch again. tried it with gamepad unplugged, tried it without my modified user.ini. nothing works
That sucks :<. Maybe Win8 either handles the file-structure differently or needs some additional registry entries and you actually have to install everything from scratch (both Origin and the game). It's tiresome but I would try that, a fresh install.
did that over night (origin was fresh install from start, only copied the games folder). seems to work again. maybe origin fucked up again, since it should install the game properly even after reinstalling and putting back the game files. hope bf3 works, dont want to download those 35gb again ^^
edit: even used my old user.ini (so skip the intro and language selection) again, works like a charm. fucking origin...

dont worry, it happens to all, fifa 13 ultimate is shit, ive tried to play, most of tge games i lost because of server drop, with the news of fifa14 only on consoles, guess im back to pes next year.
