For me it was about 10 hours. But I collect a great deal.
I have a youtube channel for my reviews and I will be posting it there
http://www.youtube.com/user/grimson2
But a mini review before the video goes up.
I went into it expecting rather little.
The Good:
It was fun, VERY fun. The voice actors do a great job, the game is like a movie basically. The Gears of Trek worry I had never materialized. Instead it was like an action movie+ adventure game.
The space battles were way better than I thought(not great) but fun and cinamatic. The plot was very interesting and the Gorn's design was a huge imporvement to what I thought.
Shooting was easy and moving around levels was a breeze. I got stuck with Spock a couple times in doorways but other than that it was smooth. No bugs.
Coop worked well and the AI did fine without another player if someone wasn't there to play Spock. You can walk around the enterprise and explore(just a tiny bit) but their attention to detail was very high.
I did not like the movie at all. This game was so much better than the movie, than almost ANY movie/game I have ever played and better than many games this year when you take fun into account.
For me the interplay between Kirk and Spock was fucking phenomanal and so much better than the movie it was insane. Their one liners and discussion and attitude towards one another has more growth and interesting bits than the movies DREAM of having. God damn that was just fun.
The Bad:
Occasionally getting stuck. Shop battles probably could have been cooler but for a 1 off game. It was well done.

Like karak said, its a ride. You won't be bored while playing it. Its a typical modern TPS.
There are some annoying problems tho, like over sensitive controls and inverted controls while flying/manually steering (won't spoil what)
Not gonna finish it today, im on chapter 5 (of 8?) and enjoying it more and more. But its a 6.5/10 for me so far.

I would agree with almost all of this. I would rate it just a bit higher simply because I just really had a damn fun time. I rate on a buy, rent, sale, never buy rating and its a buy. Not super high on the buy scale but high enough that I don't feel bad and wouldn't feel bad if someone could get it at a good price.
