Means nothing to me. I want to see randomly generated battles. With that said, I love the overrall improvements to game.

Agreed, I think they didn't show random battles because they would have less"cinematic" Cool Face appeal for a demonstration. But it's looking great, that's for sure. I wonder if that lag is because the game is still unoptimized, or because it will rape every computer Razz

Presuambly it's a Steamworks title (like Empire, Napoleon and Shogun 2), so for those in the UK/Europe it's probably worth pre-ordering the retail disc:

http://www.zavvi.com/games/platforms/pc/total-war-rome-2/10622825.html

£25.98, free delivery in the UK.

Too many cultures! Just so fucking beatifull... I'm pretty bored of repetetive Shogun 2, broken Empire and half-assed but better working version of Empire, Napoleon... I played the shit out of old TW's. Now bring Rome 2, so I can triumph over filthy romens as Sparta. But my first choice is Parthia. Or Pontus, even.

Well it won't be in the same era as Spartacus played out. At least I think that's what Leo means. People usually see the roman times as one time era but there is time and history enough to divide it
