I don't think a simplistic freebie game really requires a lengthy first post. I'll just leave this TB video here. Looks extremely interesting. Smile

Seems like a really cool game, but it's not my kind of game, so I'm not actually interested in it.

Does this game has a Swedish difficulty setting where you let everyone through and still win?

This is remarkably fun! Tough as hell, but something incredibly satisfying about catching out a decently-made fraud Very Happy Also... I like letting people through sometimes, like this one time where a husband and wife tried to cross the border - they both had fully valid passports but only the husband had a travel permit, the wife didn't. She begged me to let her through. Feelsgoodman.jpg

Just reached the end of the beta. Yeah, very interesting concept. There are a few minor things that are really unnecessary, like checking the city the passport was issued in, also, a bit bigger work area would be nice. Other than that, it can be very engaging and sometimes emotional. Smile

However I found a possible bug. One of the girls who enter and plans to work at a club slips me that note pleading not to let in the guy who threatened to kill her. So I keep a look out, identify the guy, refuse his entry, yet the newspaper still says the girls are dead the next day.

Anyhow, I finished with 5$ on me, and everyone OK in the family.

If the guy can make the game completely random in the end, give a bit more room to arrange stuff on the table, than it will be a niche-hit. Smile

Yeah, the VERY same thing happened to me. I think perhaps there was supposed to be a way to detain him, I'm not sure. I didn't finish quite as well; whole family was cold and three were sick Laughing Still, interesting as all hell and - like you said - if the dev can increase the screen real estate and also perhaps streamline (Laughing) some of the superfluous stuff, such as adding a quick-chart for government stamps, then he's got a hit on his hands.

You need to detain him. ^_^
Basically run a match of his name and the note she leaves, that will give you an option to detain him and the papers will say something different. Very Happy

Doh!!! Hah, well spotted Pref Smile In that case, I wonder if the same thing could be applied for the husband and wife? Maybe cross-reference the husband's testimony with the wife's passport in order to let her through WITHOUT receiving a citation? I was slightly disappointed with

Oh well. Although if I recall correctly the husband only mentions the wife as he leaves and says to be nice to her.

Aye, he mentioned her at the desk and then it gets added to that voice testimony thing. I guess I'm just overthinking it and you really are supposed to make an emotional or legal decision Smile
