I eat really well (my missus is an awesome cook) and I spend around 300€ (about £50 a week, probably a bit more when you addon snacks and milk/bread that we get outside our weekly shop) on food for me, the missus and the baby. On top of that we eat out once a week and I get my lunch from work (which is another 5€ a day).

Primarily I think the saving is due to only buying exactly what is needed to make specific meals for that week, nothing more (unless I go shopping, then I buy loads of extra crap Razz).

Or maybe the UK is just cheaper Very Happy?
