Max one week (usually 2 days). No responses if approved or not approved. There is a maximum though, you can't create a review for every game out there. They don't add funds to my account anymore at least and I'm pretty sure I've read some others had the same 'problem'.

You have to activate it with a VPN, but otherwise it's fine. Full English.
EDIT: Oh, you meant on Steam. I don't know if the gifting is locked, but if you get a key for it you have to unlock it with a VPN.

Ordered Skyrim DLC from there on a Friday afternoon and as they don't work weekends (open 9am-5pm weekdays) it took them untill Monday or Tuesday to actually deliver the code. I had to talk to support on their online chat to get them to send the code.
