Yeah... no.

Skyrim multiplayer...
Fallout 3/Vegas multiplayer...
Just Cause 2 multiplayer...

Thanks but no thanks Vomit
OR just make an MMO (Laughing) and be done (also financially Laughing) with it.

I wrote games like a GTA not all open-world games including RPGs, that would be stupid and not different to any other random generated mmos. I don't understand all the hate for GTA multiplayer. With proper modes not limited to deathmatch and racing, it could be great. Why can't we have a proper single player gameplay and multiplayer?

And JC2 MP is just a fan made mod.

Getting really tired of Rockstars attitude concerning the pc version, they can go fuck themselves if they keep on and I'll pirate the game on whatever platform its available instead of buying the PC version.

While I loved GTA IV in singleplayer, I also had a pure blast in MP with friends just messing around in free roam.

I frankly don't understand the hate of MP for games like GTA and Just Cause 2. Playing online with strangers sucked for the most part because of cheats but playing with friends was a blast for me. I can't wait to play the story of GTA V but equally excited to mess around ingame with friends.

It was exactly the same for me too. Razz I'm usually a "traditionalist" and fan of sp-only games, but when it comes to crazy open world games with lots of weapons, vehicles and good physics the multiplayer can be extremely entertaining...well at least until the inevitable invasion of cheaters, kamikazes etc. Laughing

True, I'm sure they'll gonna want people to buy it on old gen because of the hype, then, when new consoles arrive they'll want to sell it again to the same people + the PC master race.

It will not make its way to PS4 likely until at least the PC version is released, but likely even later.

This is why I don't mind having a taste of the game on PS3. TBH, after all is said on how Red Dead Redemption looks on PS3 and how it compares to the 360 version, I had a blast with it despite the low resolution, blur, controller, etc. Rockstar are among the few to make me able to forget the limitations.

This is how I felt about RDR as well, the graphics were very nice, but the controls made me sad Sad

I believe it was the Adam Sessler interview where he mentioned the game feels and looks a bit like RDR.

Well I certainly believe it will come for the PC too, but with Rockstar you can't be too sure... On the one hand we still don't have Read Dead Redemption on the PC (and it's an amazing game, easily one of the best modern games I've played) and on the other hand they did port L.A. Noire...

That said, all of the GTA titles have ended up coming to the PC eventually so I agree that it'd be very weird if this one was an exception.

Well you got a point there with RDR. Never seen a PC release. But well, Red Dead Redemption has not been continued to develop as far as I know. GTA still does, many years.

So yeah, would be strange if GTA 5 doesn't show up on PC.

"Rockstar promised a land mass three and a half times the size of Red Dead Redemption, a play area five times as big - equal to the size of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, GTA IV and RDR combined - the largest selection of vehicles it had ever committed to the series, and the most amount of weapons. It promised the entire map - rivers, lakes, mountains, military bases, farmland, city, desert and ocean - would be open from the start. It assured us there would be hundred of activities and side missions."

Everything open from the start is awesome, can't wait.

It has regenerative health

The mechanics are the first thing you notice, but it’s the pacing that makes the stronger impression. The constant character switching ensures the action doesn’t let up until the shooting stops, while regenerating health, another series first, encourages ballsy play.

Fuck.

I just hope it regenerates to 50% max, but still, for me a big part of the magic of GTA games is gone now.
