Wordpress does not allow me to upload files bigger than 2mb. How do I increase the limit? I need to upload a 2.8 mb plugin.

None of the google solutions I tried works for me. I bypassed the limit using FlashFXP client, but still, it would be nice to upload big files in browser only.
