FUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MEOW MEOW MEOW 
every once in a while he goes in the corridor of the apartment (where the acoustic is perfect) and meows on top of his lungs, also I think he urinated the front door..
can males be given something to get out of heat or something? or is he provoked by a neighbor female cat that is in heat?

Mine is a she and she's just winding down from another heat phase 
We usually just lock her in a room with food and her portable bathroom for the night and she is relatively calm... at least as soon as she realizes that you are up and about, then

good tip for female cats in heat and not been done yet.
take her, hold her under a cold tap and let it pour onto her puss puss lol's., after this they go mad and spend hours cleaning and licking it and not concentrating on making fucking noise 
it works try it...

Anyways the she cat moved in our garage almost a year ago and has suddenly become our responsibility, I see now that giving it food was a bad idea

My female cat was in heat three months in a row.
She's on my gf cycle as well.
she just stopped like yesterday night.
\o/
But yeah... I know what you mean. Shit gets loud. Annoying. Fixing a female cat costs like 500$ here. Can't afford that at the moment.
