Looks like a "psychic", someone the mother went to see to find out about her missing daughter. The "psychic" said "I'm sorry, your daughter is dead" --- 9 years later she, and others, are found trapped in a kidnapper's house. It was on the news recently.

Yeah, it's Sylvia Browne. An infamous "psychic" - and it she said "Your daughter is dead" on TV. Just another charlatan.
