You mean in the very beginning? I think the coin was somewhere in the warewolf den. Don't remember anything about a sword being involved.

I don't remember exactly, but its surely in that woods area. Reveal it all , kill every bastard and you will get it for sure.

The coin is actually near the south-east of the map, rather close to the well actually
... the three stones have to be inserted into the statue in town

The coin drops after you clear the entire zone of monsters, meaning it will always drop from the last monster left in the forest.

At the end I had 56% crit chance IIRC but you can get more surely :3

Even despite the fact my working HDD (it is not SSD even) almost dead and barely works I NEVER had any sluttering or slowdowns (except after visiting Final Boss Lair, it started to freeze for 4-5 seconds for no reason). Only 1 crash despite all my machinations with savegames replacement and constant quit/load.
Hell, I evem started the game not from Steam so when upd03 was released it started to download it and replace files while I was playing. The game didn't even bother about that ,i continued to play with no issues.
As for the script bugs I have only one bugged quest with weapon shipment and, ofc, Borislav statue is not clickable.
