If you have a temporary depression from stress, overwhelming shitfest lately etc. you should take a vacation and spend time on yourself and with your woman instead of burning the last ounces of energy on others while you become drained to the point of mental illness (temporary or not).

Being helpful is incredibly rewarding but also very tiring, what Toni and Frant said is true...it's time to take a temporary break from being 100% altruist and start caring about yourself more before things get worse.  I know that saying no can be hard, but when your health is at risk you have to make compromises.
As for the shit going on in Europe, I guess we all have to deal with it for one reason or another.. at least until the whole system goes inevitably tits up xD
