First - wrong section (scroll down a little, theres "Hardware Zone" ) Second - personally I wouldn't rely on people opinions lol Everyone likes what she/he has I would suggest you reading reviews. AnandTech has some, you can also find links to reviews at news sections of AnandTech, HardOCP, Techreport (News & The Breadbox) just to name a few.

What do you want to use it for? The Samsung SyncMaster 930BF (19", 4ms G-G, D-sub/DVI-D, €380) is a superb screen for gaming purposes.
