Honestly, as long as the xbox one is getting a lot of AAA games at launch, the system WILL out sell the PS4 regardless of its TV and sports BS. The xbox exclusive IPs are just better catered to the current western market than Sony's IMO. I hope I'm wrong though, I think Sony deserves to win this gen from what we've seen so far.

They seem pretty confident about their E3 lineup. That 15 exclusives statement + the recent statement saying they are investing at least 1billion $ into games makes me think (and hope) it's gonna be an interesting E3.

So far Sony had better exclusive titles but worse consoles that made multiplatform titles perform worse on their systems. This time however, Sony has the better console and Microsoft has failed to develop interesting new IPs during the past five years.

Sony did have better exclusives last generation. But Microsoft statements that they have 15 games in the works, and that they're planning to invest 1 billion dollars into exclusives makes me think they are going all out in an attempt to beat Sony at the exclusives this time.
