Hello,

Not long ago i spilled some water by accident, a little bit of that actually fell on top of the case and into the USB ports there.
Those ports are causing me problems now and are not working properly anymore.

I know the chance of getting a replacement part is small, since i caused the problem myself, but i at least could give it a try.

So forgive me if i wasted your time with this.

<3 my NZXT Lexa Blackline. It's done me VERY proud for the last 5 years, my only complaints are that it's a heavy fucker -- and that the temperature measurement cables are just, well, duff... the only ones worth using are the "ambient" temp and "HDD" temp ones, the CPU one requires physically connecting to the CPU in order to get a half-decent measurement - and all but useless with a water kit. Oh! and airflow is pain as they've blocked the front intake fan with the HDD bays, which serves to keep HDDs *slightly* cooler than normal, but has a large impact on overall airflow in the case.

Still, I love it nonetheless Smile

Glad I got their PSU then cause if that ever fails on me (hopefully not) I'll just try to get a new one from them Very Happy

I've also had a good experience with NZXT, one of my 120mm case fans died after like 4 years of use. E-mailed them, and without any hesitation they sent me a replacement next week.

The Switch 810 comes with a bad ass fan hub that no one else makes where everything is flat, no one else makes em like that so I asked to buy a few, they sent me 3 for free, they paid shipping and all.
