@ Ixi/FM: come over here and sit in our stupid humidity in 35 degrees for a day (if it gets that high again this year). I guarantee you that you'll want to go back straight away
30-35 here is worse than 35-40 in the Mediterranean, by far. When I came back from Greece in 2006 I wished I hadn't (came back the 20th or 21st of July...smack down in the middle of that stupid heat wave then, was like 36 degrees here ).
Actually I know what you mean (sort of ), my folks live in the lowlands and in the summer there's always that unpleasant blanket of heat filled with humidity which is annoying indeed..
It's different in the south, there it's very Greece-like with the extra-dry summer, though this crazy weather is overturning everything. Up in the Po valley they even got tornadoes this year o.O
Haha, was on a lan during the time they recorded the hottest temperature for Germany. Those temperatures were insane. Luckily they forbid to bring your own drinks and "forgot" to announce it on their homepage. So security had to tell everybody to bring it back to the car. No air conditioning inside = one big sauna. Some people even collapsed and had to be taken to the hospital and even more heat related victims in the PC category All that beeping
i think you are confusing people with your location - Poland.
ahh, that's right. I complete forgot that I also changed my location. I guess I should put. Gostynin. New York. It would make more sense
I guess my avatar and signature confuse people too
This week has been nice so far, between 20-25C. Don't even have to turn on AC before I go to sleep. I have always went to Poland for the entire summer so I don't know what to expect during July/August. My first real summer in USA.
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
