I knew that was going to happen, but when the Rains of Castamere started playing, I just wanted to stop watching xD

And I'm wondering the same thing as Krest. I think that Martin is kinda trying to fill the things that are kinda misleading in the books.

Well, after Ned I shouldn't be too surprised. Reading about the aftermath though it will give us lots of cool situations it seems. Very Happy Also made a mistake of reading about who becomes the leader of the brotherhood. Sad Wonder what kind of makeup they'll do, hope it's not as half assed as Tyrion's.

Well i hope they do it and show it.. So far there are tons of major dramatic elements almost every episode that are absent from the series making them "meh" compared to the books..

I would be fine with them showing it next episode. I just meant that with all the horror in the final scene, it would have destroyed the pacing and would have felt overly gratuitous for no reason (apart from to please the butthurt book fans).

Looking forward to the finale. I'm now 100% convinced that LS will be the final scene, given how the RW played out. It would make far more sense than anything else I could imagine and would be a great cliffhanger.

It would make for an extra WTF if they end the season with the LS reveal, pretty sure that's what they'll do.

They did a great job with the scene (tho OTOH the 'battle' of Yunkai was terrible). Very Happy

Yes, in the 2-part version of book 3, LS reveal is the epilogue of book 1, so it would be perfect to end the season with as well.

This season doesn't disappoint! It's pretty much on par with the first season, I think.

Yes. Looks like an uncompromising writer to me so far. But of course, maybe if I read the books instead of only watching the show I would change mi opinion.

Also, the way they translated that to the show last night, that's what I call "AAA" television entertainment.
