i get random slow downs which put my cpu fan in overdrive. alt tabbing temporarily fixes it, but still unplayable if i get them every 2 minutes.

It's just a guess but it might be heat related, unsure how much pressure this game puts on the CPU though I wouldn't be surprised if the game is primarily CPU limited since the visuals are pretty basic, if you could check the temperature or CPU load it would probably confirm if this is the case.

Spoiler: |
(AppID 209120)
(Lots of stuff, this one being AppID 210031)
(210031 in detail, notice the DLC entries.)
(Some of them, list is actually quite a bit longer down to ID 210082 so yeah there's a lot of them.)
EDIT: In short if there's multiple releases of this game it might be preferred to go with the Steam based ones since LIVE is a bit trickier with DLC. |
(Is there even one game out there - besides that Railroads one - with 52 DLC?) |
Steam has now unveiled the name of these DLC, there's a "costume 1" variant for every single character and then two bulk bundles of costumes, one for Tekken and one for Street Fighter characters and after that there's Extra Colors 1 and Special Colors 1 and after that there's two Gem Assist packs and two SF and two TK booster packs and finally a Gem Capacity 1 a Replay Analyzer and Preset Combo 3, 4 and 5 DLC listing.

It's a shame nobody at Capcom feels like the Tekken guy, the one that believes characters should be free and never paid dlc

Too bad Harada doesn't do sh!t about getting Tekken on PC even though he says he is a PC gamer.
1 and 2 are still amazing.

It might be the costume that could be unlocked earlier via that tool, supposedly there's a third costume variant which was part of the X360 and PS3 disc content but it was removed from the PC version and will likely be available later on, maybe as a costume2 version for all available characters.

This is the only semi-relevant PC topic so...here goes.
http://gematsu.com/2013/06/tekken-producer-katsuhiro-harada-missing-for-a-week
Tekken was always on consoles, and Harada = Tekken.
Harada = Steam = Tekken PC ??
The story is he's missing from work but has been spoted daily on Steam.
So, TTT2 for PC?
Tekken x Street Fighter for PC? <- that game is announced, but not the platforms.
Some stupid hat collaboration with Valve?
I guess we'll find out on E3...

It would certainly make sense to have Tekken X Street Fighter on the PC, since we got Street Fighter X Tekken. It would mark the first time PC has seen a Tekken title .... which is a damned shame that it took this long.

That's what I'm talking about, we never got Tekken and it's a damned shame. We've had almost all the older versions of SF, from SF1 through to Alpha 2. Since then Capcom stopped porting the games and made them console/arcade only, up until SF4 (and skipped Super SF4 only to bring Super Arcade Edition)
