I notice that apology from the 2 post wonder still isn't forthcoming.
Speaking of torrents, I stopped using them after getting a couple copyright infraction notices from my ISP. How does one mask your shit to prevent that happening? (Even though I got this quick enough from Repack with jDownloader).

just use a private tracker, its as safe as you can be with torrents, although nothing is ever 100% safe.
if you use public trackers like piratebay etc., then you stand a high chance of getting found out, especially in germany.

The copy my mom gave me had some serious repair issues as well (Astraweb); I think I had two more blocks than the total missing. First repair didn't work. Shut the computer down out of frustration. . .then said fuck this - and it magically did it after restarting. About to start it up after I get some 5 Guys Burger and Fries and a cream soda in me.
EDIT: Anyone know what file is in there loading that fucking DUPLEX ad everytime?

Yes, I can
played this game for 2 hours, the story is great sofar, i also like it that the game forces u to use more stealth than brainless shooting, the face animations are top notch, the music mood fitting. Sofar it is great, game is playable on fw 4.40 with duplex releasr, this games streams alot of hdd sometimes u need to pause and wait, if the textures are not loaded game doesnt go on, so sometimes patience is needed, game works discless through multiman 4.40.0.

If I did that I'd be taking a six hour nap and would never have enough energy in me to play the last of us. They might as well call that place "Heart Attack?? Eat Here!!!" Any place where you can walk into and use a putty knife to scrap grease off the wall and slap it on a burger can't be good and let's not forget the acid fries that eat through the bag.
Enjoy the game and I hope to God my download isn't short on blocks. I'm stuck at my job but started the download before I left for work and it started ok but that's not to say issue won't occur.

I always bring a second bag; like a Target plastic bag. I learned the hard way the first time on my bike. Of course I love the grease - it is something you'd never find in a place like that on the West Coast (In & Out is the closest and their shit is practically health-food compared to 5 Guys) -
. . .and of course this game has a SURVIVOR mode (that is locked at start). T-Minus -100 Hours before NFOHump Machete Squad chimes in how this should OBVIOUSLY be the default mode (assuming they've beaten the game).

I think - so far- this is one of the best looking games on the PS3. I think they did a great job leveraging quality between non-interactive scenes and in-game assets so that the transition from one to another isn't so jarring (Square Enix could learn a thing or two).
And yea that opening was one of the best least annoying non-gameplay openers. I stopped to look back more than a few times and whew. . .awesome. A lot of these post-apocalyptic pre-apocalypse flashback's have the most lame "The Day Before. . ." events. This one was good and had - for it's brief moment - the right amount of tension.
