Well, that didn't fell anything like season finale.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
Good finale if you ask me, but I hear from the ASOIAF freaks that the final scene disappointed them, because they were expecting something else, specifically. Knowing that many of that group are active around here and like to post (and spoil) frequently, I think I'm gonna say farewell to this thread until 2014

Because it was only the first half of book 3. Don't worry though, second part of the book is great. Imo much better than the first, and first part is great. Sadly, it goes a bit downhill in terms of book quality after book 3. But what HBO can do is cut all the boring parts and make the seasons great.
I can't believe I have to wait another year now...

Nope, that would spoil the show for me. I'm also not a very big fan of reading books. I'm not the kind of guy that hates reading books. I will read books if they REALLY interest me (maybe even these ones after the show ends completely), but I'm not that big on them.
