I saw on the Corsair forums a lot of posts about the LED's. Oh well.. Probably not worth returning it at the moment for just the one LED being dimmer.

I was hoping it might have been a bug introduced in new firmware/software

Trust me to get a dodgy one. If more lights go or the red LED stops working altogether then it's going back.

Cheers, I will keep that in mind. Only just joined the other day though. But if I send it back within the next 3 months it will be going to Amazon for a refund/replacement, then within 6 months Amazon will have to replace it, after that it is manufacturers warranty.

The red LED light is now turning off. Just submitted a request at Amazon to return it and they are sending me a new one immediately! Just have to drop the old one off at a collection point near me.

So free postage and a new one without having to wait Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I have to take a pic of my computer once my new card arrives.

Laughing Yeah... I... um...

Sad

I thought it was a bit odd that my GTX580 came with 2 bridges, so I didn't check and just put them both on

Heh, i did the same stupid mistake back then with my dual HD3870, first mistake i made was putting both bridges on there. Razz
Even tho it wasn't needed, it's not giving any disadvantage anyway Razz

I'm too lazy to clean up this mess, so it's been sitting like that since I set it up ~6-8 month ago.

Huh, didn't we had a topic like this before? I can remember posting both PC's here..
And if we did, then why create a new one and cause confusion? Confused

It is so beautiful Me Gusta
I went to my NEW local retailer shop (not the crazy chieftec guy) and it was there on the shelf. I readed about cpu cooling before and macho series is one of best if not best air cooling for the price. So I ordered what i came for (asus xonar dg) and fucking got that cooler Laughing

Installed now. as for some quick testing at 4,5 and -0.15 offset, I get 32C on desktop and 68 after 20minutes of prime.

btw. I also got some silver manhattan thermal paste ... and It must have been my WORST paste applying ever. Looks at that mess. I smeared it all over adn then made dots where, I think there was not enough. I have good temps so It owkrs right ?Razz I hope that it's not too much and I wont electrocute mycpu/mobo.
